1.  He testifies of the reality of Heavenly Father,  the Living Christ,  and His Church. (3 Ne. 11: 32)

7. He can transfigure you to enable you to endure the presence of God. (Moses 1: 11, 14, Luke 1: 35)
8. He seals us up unto Eternal Life  (D&C 132: 7, Eph. 1: 13)
